My name is Allison and I am a 25-year-old young professional in the public health field. All of the posts on my blog are simply based off of my own personal experience and my own opinion, so take what I say with a grain of (sea)salt. Although I am a health educator, I am by no means a registered dietitian, a registered nurse or a certified personal trainer (despite what many people at the YMCA think). However, I do know more than the average person about certain subject matter since I hold a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and am pursing my MPH from Chapel Hill. Oh, and one last thing, I am not a grammar queen or spelling-bee champ, so please forgive me for any errors you come across!
